From Local Systems to a Unified ATS
Implementing an ATS system within a single company is a challenging project in itself. But when we’re talking about an organization operating in multiple countries that needs to align processes, reporting, and data management across the region, the complexity of the entire project increases exponentially.
Manpower SEE, a regional group of Manpower branches in Southeast Europe, faced precisely this challenge when it decided to unify its recruitment processes and systems across eight markets.
The goal was not merely to implement a new ATS system, but to create a shared technological environment that supports regional collaboration, data transparency, and more efficient recruitment management. At the same time, however, it was important to maintain the flexibility of individual countries and respect their specific needs.
8 countries, 130+ users, and 14 training sessions
The project involved the implementation of Datacruit ATS in eight countries across Southeast Europe, training for more than 130 users, and a series of onboarding webinars and live Q&A sessions.
A new approach to training also played a major role. Instead of a one-time onboarding session, a long-term educational channel with training recordings was created, which teams can also use for onboarding new employees. The entire rollout was successfully completed within four months.
