We don't care how many user accounts exist in the system. An access license means a pre-agreed number of accesses that can work with the system concurrently.
Yes, you can change the number of accesses every month according to your current needs, without the need to amend the contract. It is enough for an authorized person to inform us about the change in the number of accesses and we will adjust everything.
We primarily care about mutual trust and fair dealing. We are tolerant in this regard, but if you exceed the number of accesses on a regular basis, we will want to agree on an appropriate increase in the number of accesses for the following month. Of course, we are also able to set up a restrictive model.
