AI at Datacruit has become even smarter. The new version of the AI candidate search offers a clearer interface, more accurate results and greater control over the search itself. Find out what’s new and how the new features will help you find the right candidates even faster.
We’ve taken AI search in Datacruit a step further once again. We now have a new version of the AI search module, which makes it easier to work with results and gives you greater control over which candidates the system finds.
The main changes include:
- A new module layout – filters, the list of candidates and profile details are now all available on a single screen.
- The option to adjust search parameters – based on your query, the AI will pre-fill key skills, roles and location. You can then adjust, add to or remove these parameters to directly influence the results.
- Fixed filters for location and language – you can now specify that a candidate must meet specific requirements for location or language.
- A clearer list of candidates – for each profile, you’ll see the match rate against the required skills and location.
- New ‘Evaluation’ tab – AI summarises why a candidate is suitable for the search in question and which requirements they do not meet.
We believe this change will help you find more relevant candidates more quickly, whilst giving you greater control over your search results.
