March at Datacruit was all about performance and automation. We focused on speeding up the entire system, expanding Zapier integrations, and introducing new features for recruitment agencies. See how these updates can help you streamline your hiring and save time.

System Performance Improvements and Optimization

During March, we focused on optimizing the performance of the entire system .

We implemented a number of technical improvements that result in:

  • faster system loading,
  • smoother work across different parts of the ATS,
  • an overall better user experience.

You may have already noticed these improvements in your day-to-day work – and if not, you will soon. We’ll continue working on performance, because we know speed is critical in recruitment.

Zapier: Even More Automation  Options

Did you know you can automate your processes in Datacruit using Zapier ?

You can now use Zapier to store:

  • the date of consent,
  • the type/source of consent for personal data processing.

Zapier integration gives you even more flexibility to tailor Datacruit to your workflows.

You can explore available Zapier actions here.

New for Recruitment Agencies: Retainer Fee & Shortlist Fee

You can now use Shortlist Fees and Retainer Fees in Datacruit during the recruitment process. These allow you to record instances where part of the fee is invoiced for delivering a shortlist or as a retainer fee.

You can now enter these fees directly for a position , and the system will automatically apply them to the recruitment process where the hire is recorded under that position. Both retainer fees and shortlist fees are reflected in reports such as Recruiter KPIs and Hires.
