What is Skillet?
Skilleto is a smart job portal that brings a unique system of searching and sorting job offers and applicants based on the degree of matching of user profiles with the requirements placed on the positions - the so-called Skilleto score . The more the applicant's profile matches the requirements for the job, the better the score for the given position will be and the higher the position will be seen.
1. Activating access to the Datacruit API
Email us at support@datacruit.com to enable API access. We will then send you a name and password to authorize requests via the API.
2. Create a link in Skilleto
In your Skilleto account management, in the ATS/HRIS link section , create a new link with Datacruit. The only two pieces of information that need to be filled in are the assigned Datacruit API username and password .
After saving, the link will be activated . Subsequently, all your published job positions will be imported. Those that meet the basic conditions for publication on the Skilleto portal will be published immediately. These conditions are three.
- The position has a defined and published salary evaluation
- The position has a sufficient number of detected skills (at least 3)
- The position has a detected role that is supported by the Skilleto portal
Points 2 and 3 happen automatically using AI. All details about the changes can be viewed in the connection log.
Job data are usually updated once per hour .
