SALES SUPERSTAR

Dynamic, fast-growing SaaS company is looking for dynamic, fast-growing sales leader.

We are looking for an energetic, ambitious Sales Leader to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as closing contracts with potential clients.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role for software and/or online technology is an absolute MUST. 

Your daily/weekly duties will include...

• Present, promote and sell the Datacruit SaaS using solid arguments to prospective customers in Czech Republic, or abroad if you'd like to!
  
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs
  
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with clients
  
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes 
  
• Work with marketing and management to get the right information to support your efforts
  
• Analyse the market potential, track sales and status reports
  
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  
• Continuously improve through feedback 
  

We really need someone with...

• Sales experience from software or online 
  
• Proven track record of success in closing clients
  
• Fluent Czech and communicative English
  
• Hungry, ambitions, motivated personality that will only accept success
  
• Someone who knows how to work hard, but play hard too! :-)
